Over the past ten years I have started a wide range of initiatives pushing the boundaries of heritage and technology. These projects explore issues that are close to me at both a personal and professional level. I embark on them as explorations and opportunities to learn and re-imagine the ways in which technology can be of service to African histories.

ADH is a Kenya based non-profit organisation founded to encourage a more critical, holistic and knowledge-based approach to the design and implementation of digital solutions within African cultural heritage

MUSEUM OF BRITISH COLONIALISM

CO-FOUNDER. 2018 – PRESENT

Museum of British Colonialism is a UK/Kenya volunteer collective working to communicate a more truthful account of British colonial history. We use digital tools and digital media as the primary way to present, disseminate and explore colonial history in Kenya


OPEN RESTITUTION AFRICA

CO-FOUNDER. 2019 – PRESENT

ORA is an Africa-led project seeking to open up access to information on restitution of African material culture and human ancestors, to empower all stakeholders involved to make knowledge-based decisions.


Save The Railway

FOUNDER. 2012 – 2016
